2024 rv site rates (limited availability during winter)



Site check in is between 2pm and 6pm. We do not have staff available each night, so if you are arriving past 6pm you must be able to follow a site map and park yourself. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, at this time, fire rings are not permitted at our 50amp FHU sites unless you have your own fully enclosed fire pit. This is to ensure we adhere to the state regulations for campfires.

There are a maximum of 6 guests total allowed per site. Please review our rates below, which state how many people are included in a reservation price. Additional guest fees apply if you have more guests with you than the number of guests the rate is based on. All guests and visitors of guests must be registered. Overnight Stay

Monthly Stay



Monthly Pricing is the same for 30amp and 50amp sites





30amp/water or 50amp FHU - $885.00

$200.00 deposit due at time of reservation

Rate is based on 4 guests


Up to 300kw of electric use included in the monthly rate. Overages will be billed. Guests not on FHU site will receive 2 pump outs per week via our honey wagon service.





2025 seasonal rates



Our season runs from May 1, 2025 - October 15, 2025.

Our seasonal sites are equipped with 30amp electric and water at the site. We have an onsite dump station free for our guests to use, and each seasonal guest has one pump out per week included in their rate via our honey wagon service.

- $500.00 non refundable deposit due to reserve the site.

- Remaining balance due April 1, 2025.



If paid in full by card



$4,620.00





- $500.00 non refundable deposit due to reserve the site.

- Remaining balance due April 1, 2025.



If paid by 5 month payment plan



$4,850.00





- $500.00 non refundable deposit due to reserve the site.

- Incremental payments of $800.00 due the first of the month April - August 2025.



These rates are based on 2 full time seasonal guests per site. The full time guests can have up to 2 visitors to the park at no additional cost, with 4 visitors total allowed. Additional fees will apply for visitors beyond 2 persons. There are 6 guests total allowed per site at any time. All guests must be registered at the office.


Additional Guests

Adult Visiting Guest (16+) - $10 per day

Child Visiting Guest (3-15) - $5 per day


Additional Full Time Adult Guest (16+) - $350.00 per season

Additional Full Time Child Guest - $225.00 per season
